They have a great range and are nice and local.

Wimbledon Broadway

Wimbledon Broadway is home to Robert Dyas, for those general supplies and also Maplin for those electronics parts.

Go green – recycle

Local waste and recycling centres are located at Weir Road and Garth Road. They are Open 8am to 4pm, seven days a week for cars.

Local DIY Stores

Other local stores we recommend are WICKES at 53 PLOUGH LANE and Homebase on Weir Rd.

DIY in Wimbleddon Profile: Kevin

During the last few months Kevin has completed several DIY projects. The most recent being to box in the area under the stairs by building some very attractive cupboard space using wood from Merton Timber on Endeavour Way .

Before that he constructed a very smart looking front path using some left over crazy paving.

The Shed Centre

Shed DIY is alive and well in South Wimbledon. Last year we put together a 18 foot by 6 foot shed supplied by The Shed Centre, London Road, Mitcham.
